Walking through Unpongkor I met Mali who asked whether we would like some lobsters. I had turned down an offer in Fiji but now, with a crew who likes them, I agreed. In return Mali asked for fishing line, and when he arrived at night with a sack of 6 spiny lobsters I was able to provide 120 metres of 59lb breaking strain line plus about 25 big fish hooks. I felt a bit mean that I didn't give him the whole reel, but we needed it.
We had our first delicious lobster lunch on Tin Tin!
